I liked the novel Monster by Walter Dean Myers because the main character wrote a screen play in jail, he hates jail, and he is innocent. First, he wrote a screen play while in jail. Steve (the main character) wants to write about the big house and what people go through in his point of view. The book is his screen play. Second, he hates jail. He says he shouldn't be there. I think he is innocent. Finally, he is innocent. He is proved innocent after all. I NEW IT!!!
